Westmoreland County's Behavioral Health Department administers the Student Assistance Program (SAP) within the secondary school setting in partnership with the drug and alcohol program. The program provides identification and early intervention for youth at risk for either mental health or drug and alcohol problems. Westmoreland Drug and Alcohol Commission maintains a current listing of Treatment options for Westmoreland County residents.

Westmoreland Community Action's Prevention Program administers the Helpline and provides resources and speakers for community groups. Call them at 724-834-1260 x 133.
